Seeking Breakout Session Presenters
Call for breakout sessions Proposals – VPPPA Region VII October 2026 Regional Conference
We have room for TWO more breakout session Presentations during the VPPPA Region VII Conference, taking place on October 19th, 20th and 21st in Des Moines, Iowa.
Sessions provide an opportunity for participants to engage deeply with emerging topics, share expertise, and foster collaboration within the community. They should be approximately 45 minutes in length and allow a few minutes for questions and answers from the audience. We welcome proposals that:
Address timely and relevant themes in the field of plant or manufacturing safety across the VPP spectrum
Offer interactive and participatory formats
Provide clear learning objectives and tangible takeaways
Submission Guidelines:
Please include the following in your proposal:
Workshop title and abstract (max. 500 words)
Organizers’ names, affiliations, and contact information
Target audience/who should attend
Technical or logistical requirements
